Our session today focused on the importance of fruits and vegetables in our lives. I was so happy to hear the girls talk about the variety of fruits and vegetables that they love to eat. We are combining Fit Girls efforts at Cape Cod Hill School and Wilton Academy to keep track of the numbers of fruits and vegetables we eat on a weekly basis during the spring session. So far, we have a cumulative total of 512! Way to go girls! The thought for the day was, eating healthy makes me strong!
We look forward to a great spring with friendships blossoming; reading and exploring new books; playing great games including octopus(the girls favorite); running in the sunshine and continuing to have fun. Go Fit Girls!
